Smart Building App

Resident app for luxury condos and smart buildings that puts everyday building life in one place: unlock doors and the intercom, message concierge and management, book amenities, track parcels, request the valet, file maintenance tickets with photos, and adjust in-suite climate, without calling the front desk for every little thing. The home screen is personalized per property, showing only the services that building offers, from leak alerts and visitor parking to news, documents, and resident classifieds. One polished experience instead of a dozen separate apps and phone calls. iOS and Android.
